DNA preservation solution, composed of Tris, EDTA, and preservatives, can bind metal ions, significantly reducing their ability to damage DNA. This sterile reagent is suitable for preserving DNA not only in solution but also in tissue samples.

Use according to the specific experimental requirements. Generally, store at a ratio of 1:9 preservative solution to DNA sample at 4°C.
