Vulcan XC-72/XC-72P/XC-72R Features:

XC-72 (granular): Spherical, agglomerated particle structure for easy handling and transport, low dust generation.

XC-72P/XC-72R (powder): Fluffier, better dispersibility, BET surface area approximately 254 m²/g.

Applications: Fuel cell (PEMFC, DMFC, AFC, PAFC, MFC) electrode supports, battery additives, conductive slurries, carbon-based composite electrodes, etc.

High conductivity, low sulfur content, and excellent chemical stability make it suitable as an electrocatalyst support material.

 

Ketjenblack EC-300J/EC-300JP Features:

EC-300J (granular): Spherical agglomerated structure, surface area approximately 800 m2/g, and excellent conductivity.

EC-300JP (powder): More loose and easily dispersed, suitable for composite systems or slurry preparation.

Applications: Conductive flooring, electronic housings, antistatic tubing, lithium electrodes, conductive coatings, etc.

Low ash content (<0.05%), suitable for conductive composite materials and antistatic systems

 

Ketjenblack EC-600JD/EC-600JDP Features:

EC-600JD (granular): Spherical agglomerated structure, uniform particle size, and excellent fluidity.

EC-600JDP (powder): Fluffier and easier to disperse, suitable for electrode slurries or ultra-thin conductive films.

Applications: Conductive plastics, ink coatings, packaging, lithium batteries, cable shielding, electrochemical electrode materials, etc.

With an ultra-high surface area (~1400 m2/g), only 1/6 the addition level of conventional carbon black is required to achieve the same conductivity.

With an extremely low ash content (≤0.1%), it is suitable for high-end electronics and semiconductor-grade conductive applications.

Note: Ketienblack is a very light powder. When opening, be careful to prevent dust and moisture absorption.
