Polymeric rosin glycerides

QM polymeric rosin glycerol ester is a cluster of polymeric rosin glycerol thermoplastic resins. It is made from polymeric rosin produced by the sulfuric acid process as a base material, through refining, esterification, and stabilization processes. It exhibits excellent color stability and aging resistance, a high softening point, good compatibility with polymeric materials, and a significant tackifying effect. It can meet the special needs of the adhesive and coating industries, and is particularly suitable for formulating high-grade adhesives, coatings, and adhesives requiring a high softening point.

Product Characteristics:

Good heat resistance and stability, high softening point, good oxidation resistance, good aging performance, very light color, low odor, good solubility, and good compatibility.

Main Applications:

Suitable for EVA hot melt adhesive sticks and granules, SBS and SIS hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesives, hot melt adhesives for hygiene products, structural adhesives, hot melt coatings and sealants, water-based adhesives, and solvent-based adhesives.

 

Product Compatibility:

Weistda polymerized rosin glycerol ester is soluble in many solvents such as cyclohexane, petroleum ether, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, and acetone. It can be mixed with various polymers such as NR, CR, SBR, SBS, SIS, and EVA in any proportion.

 

Shape and Packaging:

1. Composite kraft paper bag packaging, net weight 25 kg.

2. Galvanized iron drum packaging, net weight 225 kg.

 

Transportation and Storage:

The shelf life of this product is affected by storage and transportation handling. This product should be stored in a dry, cool place and should not be mixed or transported with oxidants.
