Product Overview:
QM-1760 is a high-molecular-weight superdispersant containing multiple pigment-affinity groups. It is used to disperse inorganic pigments, organic pigments, and carbon black, and has the functions of improving gloss, preventing floating color and blooming, improving pigment tinting strength, and preventing flocculation. It is used in water-based coating systems and water-soluble coating systems, and is the dispersant with the least impact on the water resistance of the paint film among all water-based dispersants.
Physicochemical Parameters:
Composition: Special high molecular polymer
Appearance: Yellow transparent liquid
Active component: 40%
Solvent: Water
Product Characteristics:
It has good versatility and is used to disperse inorganic pigments, organic pigments, and carbon black. It improves gloss, prevents floating color and blooming, enhances pigment tinting strength, and prevents flocculation.
It belongs to the high-molecular-weight superdispersant category and has excellent wetting properties. Compared to small-molecule wetting and dispersing agents, it has superior ability to prevent coarsening.
It has minimal impact on the water resistance of paint films when used in water-based and water-soluble coating systems.
Application Systems:
It is suitable for water-based systems, water-soluble and alcohol-soluble systems, and is especially suitable for water-soluble baking paints (such as water-based glass baking paints).
Recommended Dosage:
Percentage of effective dispersant content in pigment weight:
Titanium dioxide: 2-5%
Inorganic pigments: 3-10%
Transparent iron oxide: 40-60%
Organic pigments: 10-40%
Regular carbon black: 15-40%
High-pigment carbon black: 40-75%
Packaging and Storage:
25kg/drum or 200kg/drum.
