QM-1776 Water-based Dispersant
QM-1776 can be used to disperse inorganic pigments and fillers as well as organic pigments, improving wetting and dispersion effects, enhancing the stability and color development of color pastes, and offering high cost-effectiveness.
Product Overview:
QM-1776 has excellent pigment wetting and stabilizing effects, making it ideal for use in resin-containing grinding paste systems, especially for water-based alkyd and water-based acrylic coatings, and offers very high cost-effectiveness.

Product Characteristics:
It can be used to disperse various organic pigments, inorganic pigments, carbon black, and titanium dioxide;
It belongs to the category of high molecular weight superdispersants and has excellent wetting properties compared to small molecular weight superdispersants.
Application Systems:
It is suitable for resin-containing slurry systems, such as waterborne alkyd, as well as waterborne acrylic and waterborne oxidative systems.
Recommended Dosage:
Percentage of effective dispersant content in pigment weight:
Titanium dioxide: 2-5%
Inorganic pigments: 3-10%
Transparent iron oxide: 40-60%
Organic pigments: 10-40%
Regular carbon black: 15-40%
High-pigment carbon black: 40-75%
Packaging and Storage:
25kg/drum or 200kg/drum.
The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place. Unopened, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
