QM-3764 Substrate Wetting Agent
QM-3764 is an acetylenic diol wetting agent that can rapidly and strongly reduce dynamic surface tension to a very low level. It has good safety in use, is not prone to foaming, has good acid and alkali stability, and is suitable for rapid construction.
Product Overview:
QM-3764 is an ethoxylated modified acetylenic diol with a longer molecular chain. Compared to other acetylenic diol products, it has a lower static surface tension, making it superior to other acetylenic diol wetting agents in terms of wetting alone. For example, when used in water-based wood coatings, QM-3764 helps the coating wet the wood, removes hidden air bubbles and microbubbles, and provides excellent leveling and gloss. Acetylene diol wetting agents have extremely low dynamic surface tension, while silicone wetting agents have very low static surface tension; often, combining the two yields better results. QM-3764 is widely used in metal coatings, water-based wood coatings, printing inks, leather coatings, pressure-sensitive adhesives, etc.
