QM-3781 Water-based non-silicone leveling agent

Product Overview:

QM-3781 is a water-based acrylic leveling agent with extremely excellent final leveling effect. It does not reduce surface tension, but its long-term leveling and post-leveling effects are excellent. It has no side effects, does not affect interlayer adhesion, and is suitable for various water-based and water-soluble coatings, especially in water-based 2KPU and high-temperature baking paint systems where it can achieve a mirror-like leveling effect. Its effect is even better when used in combination with silicone leveling agents such as QM-4034 and QM-4341.

Product Characteristics:

Application Systems:

It is used in pure water-based industrial paints, water-based wood coatings, and water-soluble coating systems, and is especially suitable for high-gloss, high-fullness water-based coating systems, such as 2KPU and water-based baking paints, to achieve a mirror-like leveling effect. It is particularly suitable for high-end water-based industrial paints such as those for engineering machinery, rail transportation, and 3C coatings.

Recommended Dosage:

The typical dosage is 0.1% to 1% of the total formula, and it can be added at any stage of the production process.

Packaging and Storage:

25kg/drum or 200kg/drum.

The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place. Unopened, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
