QM-6710 Silicone Defoamer (for grinding)

Product Overview:

QM-6710 exhibits excellent compatibility, superior defoaming effect, and good dispersibility, without affecting the gloss or color development of the system. It can adapt to a wide range of temperatures and pH values, and is used for defoaming high-viscosity and difficult-to-defoam systems. It helps eliminate microbubbles and has an excellent defoaming effect. After addition, grinding or high-speed dispersion is required.

Application Systems:

It is suitable for water-based industrial paints, water-based wood coatings, water-based inks and other systems.

Recommended Dosage:

Generally, it is 0.1% to 1% of the total mass, and it is recommended to add it during the grinding stage or the paint mixing stage with high shear force.

Packaging and Storage:

25kg/drum or 200kg/drum.

The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place. Unopened, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
