QM-6725 General-purpose silicone defoamer

Product Overview:

QM-6725 is a high-efficiency silicone-based emulsion defoamer containing hydrophobic particles, exhibiting excellent compatibility and strong microfoam-reducing ability. It is suitable for addition during the paint mixing stage, and can also be added before high-speed dispersion or grinding. It has good compatibility and does not affect the system’s transparency.

Composition: Defoaming polysiloxane solution

Appearance: Milky white or gray liquid

Active component: 30%

Suitable for addition during the paint mixing stage;

Good compatibility does not affect transparency, and has no impact on the system’s gloss or color development.

Application Systems:

Water-based industrial paints, water-based wood coatings, water-based inks, etc.

Recommended Dosage:

Generally, it is 0.1% to 1% of the total mass and can be added at any stage of production.

Packaging and Storage:

25kg/drum or 200kg/drum.

The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place. Unopened, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
