QM-1063 Superdispersant

Product Overview:

QM-1063 is a polymeric superdispersant containing multiple anchoring groups. It exhibits excellent wetting and dispersing capabilities for various organic pigments, inorganic pigments, and carbon black. It can significantly reduce the operating viscosity of grinding systems, increase pigment loading, and has strong anti-flocculation and anti-reagglomeration properties, greatly improving the storage stability of the ground pigment paste. It is suitable for PU, NC, PE, UV, and baking paints.

As a high-molecular-weight super-dispersant, it possesses excellent anti-reagglomeration capabilities. Compared to small-molecule wetting and dispersing agents, it can significantly extend the storage stability of pigment pastes.

Application Systems:

Suitable for medium and medium-high polarity systems.

Recommended Dosage: 

Titanium dioxide: 3~4%

Inorganic pigments: 4~8%

Organic pigments: 20~50%

Ordinary carbon black: 25~50%

High-pigment carbon black: 60~150%

Matting agent: 10~20%

The product should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place. The shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture, provided the packaging remains unopened.
