Product Overview:
QM-2011 is a polymeric superdispersant containing acidic groups. It not only possesses excellent wetting properties but also exhibits outstanding anti-settling capabilities. It has excellent viscosity reduction and dispersion capabilities for inorganic pigments and fillers, especially titanium dioxide. It can be used in grinding high-titanium dioxide content color pastes and provides strong anti-flocculation and anti-reagglomeration properties to the prepared color pastes, significantly increasing their storage stability. QM-2011 offers superior dispersion performance.
Physicochemical Parameters:
Ingredients: Polyester phosphate
Appearance: Pale yellow to colorless transparent solution
Active content: 50~54%
Solvent: PMA/Xylene = 1:1
Acid value: 42~55 mgKOH/g
Product Characteristics:
Suitable for various polar systems, especially exhibiting excellent performance in medium to high polarity systems. It can significantly improve the wetting and dispersion ability of the base material to pigments and fillers, reduce system viscosity, enhance fluidity, and shorten grinding and dispersion time.
The pigment-attracting group is an acidic compound, therefore, in coil coating systems, it will not react with acid catalysts and affect the performance of the coating.
It has a high molecular weight and excellent wetting properties. Compared with small molecule wetting and dispersing agents, it has superior ability to prevent re-agglomeration.
Application Systems:
Suitable for solvent-based coatings such as two-component polyurethane, alkyd, acrylic, polyester, and amino baking paints.
Recommended Dosage:
Titanium dioxide: 3-4%
Inorganic pigments: 5-10%
Matting agent: 10-20%
Packaging and Storage:
25kg/Bottle
The product should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place. The shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture, provided the packaging remains unopened.
