Product Overview:

This polymeric polyurethane-type superdispersant, containing multiple polycaprolactone-based pigment-affinic groups, exhibits excellent wetting properties for both organic and inorganic pigments. It is particularly suitable for grinding inorganic pigments and fillers, or for systems involving the co-grinding of organic and inorganic pigments. It also possesses excellent anti-flocculation and anti-floating/streaking capabilities, making it especially suitable for the dispersion and anti-settling of matting agents in wood coatings and for coil coating systems.

Product Characteristics:

It possesses broad applicability, suitable for various coating systems, and exhibits excellent dispersion capabilities for both inorganic and organic pigments. It is ideal for systems where organic and inorganic pigments are co-milled.

As a polymeric super-dispersant, it offers excellent dispersion stability and, compared to small-molecule wetting and dispersing agents, demonstrates superior resistance to re-agglomeration and sedimentation.

When used in coatings, it can reduce grinding time, improve film gloss, and enhance tinting strength.

It is particularly suitable for solvent-based wood coatings, and for the dispersion of titanium dioxide and matting agents.

Application Systems:

Suitable for various systems, used for dispersing various pigment systems, and highly versatile.

Recommended Dosage: 

Titanium dioxide: 3-4%

Inorganic pigments: 5-10%

Organic pigments and carbon black: 20-80%

Matting agent: 10-20%

Packaging and Storage:

25 kg/drum.

The product should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place. The shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture, provided the container remains unopened.
