QM-2311 Dispersant

Product Overview:

QM-2311 is a dispersant containing acidic groups. It possesses excellent wetting properties and outstanding anti-settling capabilities. It exhibits excellent viscosity reduction and dispersion capabilities for various inorganic pigments and fillers, and also effectively prevents flocculation and re-agglomeration in ground pigment pastes, significantly increasing the storage stability of the pastes. It is widely used in SMC and BMC systems, epoxy flooring, anticorrosive coatings, and various industrial paints, reducing the viscosity of high-filler systems.

Product Characteristics:

Suitable for various polar systems, especially effective in medium to high polarity systems, it significantly improves the wetting and dispersion ability of the base material for pigments and fillers, reduces system viscosity, enhances fluidity, and shortens grinding and dispersion time.

The anchoring group is an acidic group, which will not react with acid catalysts in baking paints or coil coatings, thus not affecting the performance of the coating.

Particularly suitable for viscosity reduction and wetting dispersion in SMC and BMC systems, it is also suitable for epoxy floor coatings, anticorrosive coatings, and various industrial paints, reducing the viscosity of high-filler systems.

Application Systems:

Suitable for various solvent-based coating systems, SMC and BMC systems, and water-based systems.

Recommended Dosage: 

Titanium dioxide: 1.5~2%

Inorganic pigments: 2.5~5%

Alkaline carbon black: 20~40%

Matting agent: 5~10%

Packaging and Storage:

25 kg/drum.

The product should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place. The shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture, provided the container remains unopened.
