QM-2360 Dispersant

Product Overview:

QM-2360 is a polymeric superdispersant containing pigment-affinic groups, suitable for both water-based and oil-based systems. Its end groups have a strong affinity for inorganic oxides, making it particularly suitable for dispersing inorganic nano-oxide particles. It can also be used as a surface treatment additive for inorganic nano-oxides, providing excellent wetting properties, strong viscosity reduction capabilities, and long-lasting stability.

Application Systems:

Recommended for use in various solvent-based, water-based, and alcohol-based systems, as well as unsaturated polyester systems such as BMC and SMC systems.

Recommended Dosage: 

The dosage varies depending on the application system. For inorganic pigments, the addition amount is 1% to 5% of the pigment weight; for nano-inorganic materials, it is 20% to 30% of the pigment weight. When used in water-based or water-soluble coatings, it should be used as soon as possible after being added to water.

Packaging and Storage:

25 kg/drum.

The product should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place. The shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture, provided the container remains unopened.
