QM-8570 Electroplated Silver Resin

Product Overview:

Genuine electroplating silver resin/mirror silver resin, transparent sheet, A4 paper thickness, customizable size, soluble in alcohols, ethers, esters, ketones, and other solvents, producing a high-viscosity, low-solids solution. Primarily used in aluminum powder paints and imitation electroplating silver oils and mirror silver inks, it provides excellent aluminum powder alignment, effectively improving aluminum powder whiteness and enhancing the hiding power of metallic pigments.

Mirror Silver Ink Reference Formula:

Mirror Aluminum Silver Paste: 40-50%

QM-8570 (10% content): 10-20%

Mixed Solvents: 30-50%

Reference Formula for Imitation Electroplating Spray Paint

Imitation Electroplating Aluminum Silver Paste: 3-5%

QM-8570 (10% content): 5-10%

Mixed Solvents: 80-95%

Adding 3% of the solvent to ordinary aluminum powder paint can improve the alignment of aluminum powder without the need for additional directional wax. Ketone solvents, ester solvents, and alcohol ether solvents are good solvents for QM-8570 resin, while benzene solvents, alcohol solvents, and aromatic solvents are not.

Soluble content: QM-8570 is a typical low-soluble, high-viscosity resin, generally containing 10-20% solvent.

Packaging and Storage:

The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place. Unopened, the shelf life is 24 months from the production date.
