Product Overview:

QM-9301 is an organic amine compound with high catalytic efficiency for the crosslinking reaction of polyurethane. It is a dryer that is both solid and dry, which can significantly improve the hardness and sandability of the paint film and greatly increase the drying speed of polyurethane.

Product Characteristics:

It exhibits strong catalytic efficiency in the reaction of two-component polyurethanes, and the addition amount is very small;

It is recommended for use in intermediate and primer coats, but not for topcoats;

It can accelerate the hardening and surface drying of the coating film, shorten the sanding time of the primer, improve the hardness and sandability of the paint film, and help the coating film dry well in high-transparency primers with low filler content.

Application Systems:

Recommended for use in solvent-based polyurethane primers and intermediate coats. When using, pay attention to adjusting the activation period of the coating.

Recommended Dosage: 

When used as a primer, the addition amount is 0.1~0.5% of the total formulation; when used as a topcoat, it is 0.05~0.6%.

Packaging and Storage:

The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place. Unopened, the shelf life is 24 months from the production date.
