QM-9080 Conductive Additive

Product Overview:

QM-9080 is a cationic conductive additive that can effectively reduce the resistance of coatings. It is particularly suitable for electrostatic spraying, effectively preventing static electricity buildup on the coating surface without affecting other properties of the coating.

Product Characteristics:

Increase the conductivity of the coating and reduce its resistance to meet the resistance requirements of electrostatic coating;

Maintain the properties of the coating film without affecting adhesion, yellowing, and viscosity stability;

Effectively prevent static electricity buildup in the dry film and prevent static electricity from being generated on the coating surface.

Application Systems:

For use in solvent-based coating systems (polar and non-polar solvents);

In aliphatic hydrocarbon solvents, QM-9080 should be dissolved in butanol at a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 before being added to the coating; QM-9080 is cationic, and anionic components in the coating may affect its performance.

Recommended Dosage: 

The recommended addition amount is 0.1-2% of the total formula. The optimal amount depends on the polarity of the system and the required resistance during application.

Packaging and Storage:

25kg/drum.

The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place. Unopened, the shelf life is 24 months from the production date.
