This product forms a micron- to nano-scale ceramic-conversion composite film on metal surfaces, ensuring excellent adhesion between the metal substrate and subsequent coatings while significantly enhancing corrosion and wear resistance. It is ideally suited for the surface treatment of metal components—including aluminum, magnesium, iron, and galvanized parts—forming a highly stable protective layer. The formulation is phosphorus-free, chromium-free, ranges from weakly acidic to neutral, and generates no volatile emissions or solid waste residues.
The treatment process is compatible with both spray and immersion methods and is fully compatible with various types of coating materials.
Following the application of a subsequent coating (via spray painting, powder coating, or electrocoating), the treated surface can withstand neutral salt spray testing for durations ranging from 500 to 1680 hours.
After treatment with this product, the metal surface exhibits a coloration ranging from colorless to blue-violet or golden-yellow; the specific hue varies depending on the workpiece material, treatment duration, pH level, and specific ceramic-conversion parameters employed.

Routine Maintenance:
1. Routine maintenance requires monitoring only the pH value and the ceramization point.
2. When the tank solution has reached the end of its service cycle—or when the level of contamination begins to compromise product quality—it must be filtered, replenished, or completely replaced. For specific guidance, please contact our after-sales engineers.
3. Our company provides the reagents required for routine testing and analysis free of charge, and we also offer complimentary training for laboratory analysts. Due to the unique, advanced, and superior nature of our products, analytical reagents supplied by other companies may not be compatible with our formulations. 2. Water Quality Requirements: Deionized water is preferred; if using tap water or groundwater, it must be clean.
3. Equipment Requirements: For electrophoresis lines or automated lines, it is highly recommended to install a circulation filtration system, depending on specific process standards. (Operation is also possible without one.)
4. pH Value (Concentrate): 1.5–1.7 (Measured using standard precision pH test paper).

7. Working Solution pH Value: 3.8–6.5 (Varies depending on the workpiece material). Generally, for steel and copper parts, the optimal range is 4.5–5.0; for galvanized parts, zinc alloys, copper alloys, aluminum alloys, die-cast aluminum, and magnesium-aluminum alloys, the pH should ideally be controlled between 5.0 and 6.5. Since requirements vary by metal substrate, actual on-site conditions should take precedence. (For pH adjustment, please use our company’s specialized neutralizing agent.)
8. Immersion Time: 5–15 minutes (in winter); 5–10 minutes (in summer). **Spray Time:** 2–5 minutes.
