(2) Baking Enamels: DBE possesses unique evaporation characteristics; as the temperature rises, its evaporation rate increases more rapidly than that of other solvents. Specifically, DBE evaporates slowly during the initial phase of the process but accelerates during the latter phase. This facilitates a more favorable curing process, resulting in a flatter evaporation curve and more uniform solvent release, which helps improve leveling and gloss while eliminating surface defects.
