Dow CF-10 Performance Characteristics:
1. Easy to operate at low temperatures, low-foaming cleaning agent
2. Can be used in solid corrosives and chlorine powders, defoaming food stains
3. Can be used in pigment dispersions, cleaning agents, textile processing, wetting agents, and pulp and papermaking

Instructions:
1. Wettability for various pigments and fillers, improving the dispersibility of various dispersants.
2. Resolves roughening of coatings, maintains the coating’s post-curing state, and improves leveling.
3. Color development, effectively reduces floating and blooming in systems, and enhances gloss.
4. Excellent freeze-thaw resistance. Liquid when stored above -5°C, exhibits excellent wettability below 70°C.
5. Low-foaming properties. When used in conjunction with other dispersants, it effectively reduces system viscosity.
