Evonik CROSSLINKER 110 is a crosslinker for medical dressings and oral impressions.

Evonik CROSSLINKER 110 and 200 series are polydimethylsiloxane crosslinkers containing SiH groups in the polymer chain. CROSSLINKER 200 series crosslinkers also have terminal SiH groups. Both crosslinker types are used in addition-bonded silicone rubbers.

Both series products are available in various viscosity levels and SiH contents. Products with other SiH contents and viscosities are available upon request.

Application: When using two-component silicone rubber formulations, it is important to ensure that the Pt catalyst (e.g., CATALYST 500 series) and the SiH crosslinker are kept strictly separate. Typically, the components should be selected so that the molar excess of SiH groups relative to vinyl groups in the total formulation is approximately two-fold.
