This product utilizes imported silane coupling agents and complex salts as film-forming auxiliaries to generate a colored silane film capable of chemically treating the surfaces of steel, zinc-plated sheets, and aluminum materials. This conversion coating exhibits excellent anti-rust properties, as well as superior adhesion and flexibility when paired with various types of electrophoretic paints and powder coatings. When deployed on electrophoretic or powder coating production lines—and prepared using ordinary tap water—the product ensures stable quality, ease of operation, high efficiency, and low cost, thereby effectively meeting all technical requirements for the coating process.

This product demonstrates excellent stability when utilized in various immersion and spray processes—including rust removal treatments involving hydrochloric, sulfuric, or phosphoric acids, as well as degreasing operations. It offers ease of use, high efficiency, and low cost; furthermore, treated surfaces remain rust-free after water rinsing and natural drying. The product also ensures excellent adhesion and flexibility when paired with various types of electrophoretic paints, powder coatings, and liquid paints.

 

Usage Results:

Instructions for Use:

(1) First, fill the tank with 50% tap water; then, add 30–50 kg of silane agent per ton of liquid, and stir until dissolved.

(2) During production, additions need only be made once per shift. Maintain the pH level between 2.7 and 3.7, with an optimal target of approximately 3.0; if the pH exceeds 4.0, make an immediate addition.

(3) The tank solution can be recycled for long-term use. If excessive impurities accumulate as sediment in the tank solution, simply filter it; replacement of the solution is not required.

 

Suggested Processing Procedure:

(1) Degreasing – Degreasing – Water Rinse – Water Rinse – Silane Treatment – ​​Water Rinse – Water Rinse – Electrophoresis (or Powder Coating after Drying)

(2) Oil Removal – Water Rinse – Rust Removal – Water Rinse – Water Rinse – Silane Treatment – ​​Water Rinse – Water Rinse – Electrophoresis (or Powder Coating after Drying)

(3) Oil & Rust Removal – Water Rinse – Water Rinse – Silane Treatment – ​​Water Rinse – Water Rinse – Electrophoresis (or Powder Coating after Drying)
