QM-1320 Superdispersant

Product Overview:

QM-1320 is a high-molecular-weight superdispersant containing multiple anchoring groups. It has excellent wetting and dispersing ability for various organic pigments, especially carbon black. It can greatly reduce the operating viscosity of the grinding system, increase the amount of pigment filling, and has a strong ability to prevent flocculation and coarsening. It can greatly improve the storage stability of the ground pigment paste.

Product Characteristics:

Suitable for medium to high polarity systems, with good compatibility with commonly used coating resins, exhibiting excellent versatility in coating systems;

Also suitable for water-soluble and water-based systems, demonstrating extremely high versatility;

Significantly improves the wetting and dispersing ability of the binder on pigments and fillers, reduces system viscosity, enhances flowability, and shortens grinding and dispersion time;

Belongs to the category of high molecular weight superdispersants, possessing excellent anti-coarsening ability, and compared to small molecular weight wetting and dispersing agents, can greatly extend the storage stability of ground color pastes.

Application Systems:

Suitable for medium to high polarity systems.

Recommended Dosage:

Organic pigments: 10~30%;

Ordinary carbon black: 15~30%;

Inorganic pigments: 2.5~5%;

High-pigment carbon black: 40~75%.

Packaging and Storage:

25kg/drum or 200kg/drum.

The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place. Unopened, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
