Product Overview:
QM-1790 can be used to produce resin-free, stable pigment concentrates for general industrial water-based coating systems that do not exhibit floating color or blooming. It has excellent dispersion and stabilization effects on organic pigments, carbon black, and inorganic pigments, is highly versatile, and does not affect the water resistance of the paint film.
Physicochemical Parameters:
Composition: Polyurethane polymer containing pigment-affinity groups
Appearance: Yellow viscous liquid
Active component: 40%
Solvent: Water
Product Characteristics:
It can be used for dispersing various organic pigments, inorganic pigments, carbon black, and titanium dioxide.
It belongs to the category of high-molecular-weight superdispersants and has excellent wetting properties. Compared with small-molecule wetting and dispersing agents, it has excellent ability to prevent coarsening.
It has good viscosity reduction effect, and the prepared color paste has good anti-settling properties.
The prepared color paste has good storage stability and is suitable for water-based resin-free color pastes.
Application Systems:
Suitable for water-based systems, water-soluble systems, etc.
Recommended Dosage:
Percentage of effective dispersant content in pigment weight:
Titanium dioxide: 2-5%
Inorganic pigments: 3-10%
Transparent iron oxide: 40-60%
Organic pigments: 10-40%
Regular carbon black: 15-40%
High-pigment carbon black: 40-75%
Packaging and Storage:
25kg/drum or 200kg/drum.
