QM-1792 is a high-molecular-weight block copolymer that deflocculates pigments through steric hindrance, providing different pigments with the same charge. This prevents pigments with different charges from potentially co-flocculating, thus preventing floating color and blooming phenomena. It is suitable for water-based coatings, printing inks, thermoplastics, unsaturated polyester systems, or gel coats, and is used to disperse inorganic pigments, organic pigments, and carbon black. This additive is specifically developed for dispersing and stabilizing water-based effect pigments.

QM-1792 is a water-based polymeric dispersant with high solids content, free of water and co-solvents. It is suitable for zero-VOC or low-VOC water-based coatings and printing inks, as well as resin-containing or resin-free pastes.
QM-1792 exhibits excellent dispersion stability, providing high gloss, excellent viscosity reduction, anti-flocculation, and anti-floating properties.
QM-1792 is especially recommended for dispersing and stabilizing water-based effect pigments, such as water-based aluminum silver paste and water-based pearlescent powder.

Recommended Dosage:
Water-based effect pigments (aluminum powder, pearlescent powder, etc.: 3-5%)
Organic pigments: 15-30%
Inorganic pigments: 5-10%
Carbon black: 30-50%
Titanium dioxide: 4-7%
Packaging and Storage:
25kg/drum or 200kg/drum.
The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place. Unopened, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
