QM-1798 Water-based Dispersant

Product Overview:

QM-1798 exhibits broad compatibility with many water-based binders and provides excellent dispersion and stabilization for organic pigments and carbon black. It is suitable for preparing water-based resin-free color pastes and applicable to various water-based and water-soluble resin systems. This high molecular weight dispersant improves color intensity, transparency, gloss, and storage stability through a steric stabilization mechanism. Compared to other dispersants, this product has fewer hydrophilic groups, resulting in minimal impact on the water resistance of the paint film.

Recommended Dosage:

Percentage of effective dispersant content in pigment weight:

Organic pigments: 10~40%

Ordinary carbon black: 15~40%

High-pigment carbon black: 40~75%

Packaging and Storage:

25kg/drum or 200kg/drum.

The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place. Unopened, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
