QM-1831 Superdispersant
QM-1831 is a controlled free-radical type dispersant that provides excellent dispersion for matting agents, organic pigments, and carbon black. It is suitable for medium to high polarity systems and is used in automotive paints, high-grade industrial coatings, and UV coatings.
Product Overview:
QM-1831 is a new generation block copolymer dispersant developed based on controlled polymerization technology. It contains multiple anchoring groups and exhibits strong adsorption capabilities for various organic pigments, carbon black, and matting agents. It can significantly reduce the operating viscosity of grinding systems, increase pigment loading, and possesses excellent anti-flocculation and anti-reagglomeration properties. This greatly improves the storage stability of ground pigment pastes, and is especially suitable for the dispersion and stabilization of high-pigment carbon black.

As a polymeric super-dispersant, it possesses excellent anti-reagglomeration capabilities, and compared to small-molecule wetting and dispersing agents, it can greatly extend the storage stability of pigment pastes;
It is especially suitable for the dispersion and stabilization of organic pigments and high-pigment carbon black. For carbon black, it achieves very high blackness and a bluish hue; for organic pigments, it achieves excellent deflocculation effects.

Recommended Dosage:
Organic pigments: 30-80%;
Ordinary carbon black: 40-100%;
High-pigment carbon black: 100-250%.
