QM-2311 Wetting and Dispersing Agent

Product Overview:

QM-2311 is a dispersant containing acidic groups. It not only has good wetting properties but also excellent anti-settling ability. It has excellent viscosity reduction and dispersion capabilities for various inorganic pigments and fillers. At the same time, it has a strong ability to prevent flocculation and coarsening of prepared color pastes, greatly increasing the storage stability of color pastes. It is widely used in SMC and BMC systems, epoxy flooring, anti-corrosion coatings, and various industrial paints to reduce the viscosity of high-filler systems.

Product Characteristics:

Suitable for various polar systems, especially showing excellent results in medium to high polarity systems. It significantly improves the wetting and dispersion ability of the binder on pigments and fillers, reduces system viscosity, enhances flowability, and shortens grinding and dispersion time.

The anchoring group is an acidic group and will not react with acid catalysts in baking paint or coil coating systems, thus not affecting the coating performance.

It is particularly suitable for viscosity reduction and wetting and dispersion of SMC and BMC systems, and is also suitable for epoxy flooring, anti-corrosion coatings, and various industrial paints, reducing the viscosity of high-filler systems.

Application Systems:

Suitable for various solvent-based coating systems, SMC, BMC systems, and water-based systems.

Recommended Dosage:

Titanium dioxide: 1.5~2%

Inorganic pigments: 2.5~5%

Alkaline carbon black: 20~40%

Matte agent: 5~10%

Packaging and Storage:

25kg/drum or 200kg/drum.

The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place. Unopened, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
