QM-2320 Dispersant

Product Overview:

This is a polymeric superdispersant containing pigment-affinic groups. It not only possesses excellent wetting properties but also exhibits superior anti-settling, anti-flocculation, and anti-floating capabilities. It is suitable for medium to high polarity systems, as well as water-based coatings and ink systems. It is used for dispersing inorganic pigments, organic pigments, and carbon black, and provides excellent viscosity reduction effects.

Suitable for dispersing organic pigments and carbon black in medium-to-high polarity systems, water-based and alcohol-soluble inks and paints:

It is a polymeric super-dispersant with excellent wetting properties. Compared to small-molecule wetting and dispersing agents, it has superior anti-reagglomeration capabilities:

It exhibits excellent viscosity reduction effects when used for dispersing carbon black, and is also suitable for the dispersion and stabilization of other inorganic and organic pigments.

Application Systems:

Suitable for flexographic inks (NC inks), automotive refinish paints, water-based paints and inks, dispersing matting agents and iron oxide pigments, polyol color pastes, and plasticizer color pastes. Contains tertiary amine groups and is not suitable for epoxy resin systems.

Recommended Dosage: 

Inorganic pigments: 1.5~5%;

Organic pigments: 10~30%;

Ordinary carbon black: 15~30%;

High-pigment carbon black: 40~75%.

Packaging and Storage:

25 kg/drum.

The product should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place. The shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture, provided it remains unopened.

Crystallization may occur at temperatures below 10°C; however, this does not affect its effectiveness after being heated back to a liquid state.
