QM-3016 Non-silicone leveling agent

Product Overview:

QM-3016 is a polyester-based leveling agent with excellent compatibility with various resin systems. It promotes good flow control and leveling properties in coating systems, effectively preventing coating defects such as pinholes, craters, and fisheyes. It eliminates interlayer adhesion issues and offers excellent recoatability. This product boasts superior high-temperature resistance and good safety in use, making it suitable for various application methods such as spraying, curtain coating, and roller coating.

Product Characteristics:

It can reduce the surface tension of the paint film, thereby greatly improving the film’s ability to wet the substrate, preventing the formation of pinholes and fisheyes, and providing long-wave leveling and post-leveling.

It has excellent high-temperature resistance, does not affect recoating, and has no side effects.

It has excellent compatibility, suitable for water-based and solvent-based coating systems, as well as varnishes and gloss topcoats, with extremely excellent final leveling effect, achieving a mirror finish.

Application Systems:

Suitable for various water-based and solvent-based coating systems, especially coil coatings, wood coatings, industrial coatings, automotive coatings and water-based paints.

Recommended Dosage:

Generally, it is 0.1% to 1% of the total mass and can be added at any stage of production.

Packaging and Storage:

25kg/drum or 200kg/drum.

The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place. Unopened, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
