QM-3765 Substrate wetting agent
QM-3765 is an acetylenic diol wetting agent that can rapidly and strongly reduce dynamic surface tension. It has good safety in use, good acid and alkali stability, and is suitable for rapid construction.
Product Overview:
QM-3765 is an ethynylene glycol ethylene oxide adduct with strong dynamic wetting ability, significantly reducing the dynamic surface tension of the system. It is completely soluble in water, but its antifoaming and defoaming effects are relatively weaker compared to other ethynylene glycol wetting agents. Ethynylene glycol wetting agents have extremely low dynamic surface tension, while organosilicon wetting agents have very low static surface tension; generally, using both in combination yields better results.

Product Characteristics:

It does not have defoaming effects.

Suitable for water-based industrial paints and resin-free water-based systems.
Recommended Dosage:
The amount added varies depending on the requirements, but is generally 0.1% to 1% of the total formula.
Packaging and Storage:
25kg/drum or 200kg/drum.
The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place. Unopened, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
