QM-4315 superhydrophobic additive

Product Overview:

QM-4315 is a reactive silicone specifically formulated for anti-graffiti or self-cleaning coating systems. Containing hydroxyl groups, it crosslinks with film-forming resins to achieve a permanent slip-resistant and anti-graffiti effect, making the paint film surface water-repellent, oil-repellent, reducing dust adhesion, and improving the ease of cleaning. It also improves substrate wetting, film leveling, surface smoothness, and water resistance. QM-4315 can be used in solvent-based coatings, solvent-free coatings, UV coatings, and water-based coatings (diluted with high-purity alcohol before use).

Application Systems:

QM-4315 has wide applicability and can be used in water-based coatings, solvent-based coatings, solvent-free coatings, and UV coatings. It is suitable for industrial coatings, can coatings, wood and furniture coatings, 3C coatings, leather coatings, etc.

When using QM-4315 in water-based coatings, it should be diluted with a hydrophilic solvent such as high-concentration alcohol before being added to the coating.

Recommended Dosage:

The recommended addition amount of QM-4315 is 1-2% of the total formula; the amount can be reduced or increased depending on the situation.

Packaging and Storage:

25kg/drum or 200kg/drum.

The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place. Unopened, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
