QM-4741 Substrate Wetting Agent

Product Overview:

QM-4741 is a substrate wetting agent with a diagenoxane structure. Its diagenoxane structure reduces foaming in highly dynamic processes and application techniques. QM-4741 significantly reduces the static surface tension of the system and also reduces the dynamic surface tension to some extent. QM-4741 is highly versatile, exhibits excellent substrate wetting performance, is pH insensitive, has good safety profile, is non-foaming in the system, has strong anti-cratering ability, aids in pigment wetting, and improves the flow and leveling of the system.

Product Characteristics:

Recommended Dosage:

The typical dosage is 0.1% to 1% of the total formula, and it can be added at any stage of the production process.

Packaging and Storage:

25kg/drum or 200kg/drum.

The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place. Unopened, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
