QM-4745 Substrate Wetting Agent

Product Overview:

QM-4745 is a substrate wetting agent with a trisiloxane structure, exhibiting extremely low static surface tension and excellent substrate wetting performance.

Product Characteristics:

Excellent substrate wetting and anti-cratering properties;

Water and oil compatible, good leveling, does not provide slippage, slightly stable for bubbles, does not affect recoating;

Stable in coating systems with a pH of 4-10, effectiveness decreases in systems with high co-solvent content.

Application Systems:

Suitable for water-based wood coatings, water-based industrial coatings, UV-cured coatings, inks, and other systems.

Recommended Dosage:

The typical dosage is 0.1% to 1% of the total formula, and it can be added at any stage of the production process.

Packaging and Storage:

25kg/drum or 200kg/drum.

The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place. Unopened, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
