QM-4763 is a new generation of fluorinated surfactant that extremely strongly reduces surface tension, improves substrate wettability and pore penetration, and enhances leveling, anti-fouling, anti-dust, and anti-blocking properties.
Product Overview:
QM-4763 is a new generation of fluorinated surfactant that extremely strongly reduces the surface tension of the system. Its 0.01~1% aqueous solution can achieve a surface tension of 16.1~16.5 dynes, thus exhibiting strong anti-cratering ability and excellent spreading and wetting properties. In water-based wood coatings, it can increase pore penetration. QM-4763 has some foam-stabilizing properties, so careful consideration should be given to its compatibility with defoamers. QM-4763 also improves leveling, stain resistance, dust resistance, and anti-blocking properties, effectively controlling surface flow. QM-4763 is also suitable for metal cleaning to improve cleaning efficiency.

In water-based floor paints, floor waxes, and polishing waxes, it provides wetting and leveling properties; in multi-layer coating applications, it offers repeatable wetting performance; reduces pinholes; and increases wetting rate.
Application Systems:
It is widely used in water-based industrial paints, water-based wood coatings, floor protection products, special cleaning agents and metal cleaning agents.
Recommended Dosage:
The dosage is 0.01~0.5% of the total formula. Shake well before use.
Packaging and Storage:
25kg/drum or 200kg/drum.
The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place. Unopened, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
