Product Characteristics:

QM-4970 and QM-4980 are reactive silicone leveling agents that provide a permanent smooth feel and anti-graffiti properties.

Reactive silicones can affect the recoating properties of paint films in cross-linked coating systems.

They possess strong surface orientation capabilities for matte powders and metallic pigments.

Application Systems:

It is suitable for all solvent-based systems, UV-cured systems, and water-based systems. It is especially suitable for matte wood finishes and elastic-feel paints.

Recommended Dosage:

Dosage: Generally 0.1-2% of the total amount, can be added at any stage of production.

Packaging and Storage:

25kg/drum or 200kg/drum.

The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place. Unopened, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
