Product Overview:
QM-5052 is a non-silicone defoamer suitable for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings, inks, and thermosetting resin systems. It can be used to eliminate bubbles generated during production, application, and substrate wetting processes, without affecting intercoat adhesion.

Product Characteristics:
QM-5052 has excellent defoaming capabilities and can solve difficult defoaming problems in various systems, inhibiting air entrainment during mixing and helping to release tiny bubbles from the coating.
QM-5052 can eliminate foaming caused by matte powders and zinc powders during mixing, and helps with deaeration when applying coatings to porous substrates;
QM-5052 does not affect intercoat adhesion and is especially suitable for defoaming in primers.
Application Systems:
Recommended for use in two-component PU systems, amino baking paint systems, nitrocellulose dipping systems, acid-curing systems, coil coating systems, etc.
Recommended Dosage:
Typically, the dosage is 0.1-1.0% of the total formulation amount; please test to determine the optimal dosage. For best performance, the defoamer should be added to the grinding material before grinding. If added at a later stage, sufficiently high shear force is required to ensure good dispersion of the defoamer and prevent cratering.
Packaging and Storage:
25 kg/drum.
The product should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place. When unopened, the shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
