QM-5052A is a non-silicone defoamer suitable for solvent-based and non-solvent-based coatings, inks, and thermosetting resin systems. It can be used to eliminate bubbles generated during production, application, and substrate wetting processes, without affecting intercoat adhesion. QM-5052A offers excellent cost-effectiveness.

Product Characteristics:
QM-5052A possesses excellent defoaming capabilities, effectively addressing difficult defoaming problems in various systems and inhibiting air entrainment during mixing, thus facilitating the release of tiny bubbles from coatings;

Application Systems:
Recommended for use in two-component PU systems, amino baking paint systems, nitrocellulose dipping systems, acid-curing systems, coil coating systems, etc.
Recommended Dosage:
Generally, the dosage is 0.1% to 1.0% of the total formulation; please test the optimal dosage. For optimal performance, the defoamer should be added to the grinding media before grinding. If added in a later stage, sufficiently high shear force is required to ensure good dispersion of the defoamer and prevent pinholes.
Packaging and Storage:
25 kg/drum.
The product should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place. When unopened, the shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
