QM-5390 Non-silicone defoamer
A polymer-based, non-silicone defoamer for solvent-free radiation-curable coatings, high-temperature baking paints, wood coatings, industrial coatings, printing inks, and adhesives. Suitable for both colored and uncolored systems.
Product Overview:
QM-5390 is a non-silicone defoamer recommended for solvent-free radiation-curable (UV and EB) coating systems (pigmented and non-pigmented), high-temperature baking paints (such as coil coatings), printing inks, and varnishes. It offers high defoaming efficiency and has no negative impact on pigments, fillers, wax additives, and matting agents. It is also suitable for solvent-free radiation-curable (UV and EB) adhesives and can be used in reactive polyurethane hot-melt adhesives. This additive does not affect the adhesive’s bonding strength. It prevents bubble formation in reactive polyurethane hot-melt adhesives during manufacturing and can significantly shorten the degassing process, even in high-viscosity systems, thereby improving production efficiency.

It possesses extremely strong defoaming capabilities, effectively solving difficult defoaming problems in various systems, inhibiting the introduction of air bubbles during mixing, and helping to release tiny bubbles from coatings.
It is particularly suitable for solvent-free radiation-curing systems, including coatings and adhesives, as well as high-temperature baking paints (such as coil coatings), and is also suitable for other coatings and inks.

Recommended Dosage:
Generally, the recommended dosage is 0.1-0.7% of the total amount; please test to determine the optimal dosage. Mixing should be done under sufficiently high shear force after addition; it is recommended to add it before grinding.
Packaging and Storage:
25 kg/drum.
The product should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place. When unopened, the shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
