QM-6788 Defoamer for 2kPU and Baking Paint
QM-6788 is a defoamer with a special structure. It has good safety, excellent defoaming effect, and high cost performance. It is specially designed for water-based 2KPU, water-based baking paint, water-soluble baking paint and other systems that are particularly picky about defoamers. It is helpful in eliminating prickly heat and bursting bubbles.
Product Overview:
QM-6788 is a defoamer specifically developed for water-based two-component paints, water-based baking paints, and water-soluble high-temperature baking paints. These systems are difficult to categorize with suitable defoamers; using strong defoamers can easily cause pinholes, while using weak defoamers results in insufficient defoaming ability and is also prone to problems such as blistering and bursting bubbles.

Application Systems:

Recommended Dosage:
0.5~4.0% based on the total paint formulation, with a typical dosage of 1~2% of the total formulation. It can be added at any stage of production.
Packaging and Storage:
25kg/drum or 200kg/drum.
The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place. Unopened, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
