Product Overview:

QM-6791 is a concentrated defoamer containing hydrophobic particles, exhibiting excellent defoaming effects. It is suitable for defoaming high-viscosity and difficult-to-defoam systems, and is particularly effective in eliminating microbubbles. It demonstrates superior defoaming performance in water-based epoxy systems and can be widely used in various water-based coatings, inks, and adhesives. It is also suitable for a wide range of temperatures and pH values. After addition, grinding or high-speed dispersion is required.

Product Characteristics:

Suitable for defoaming high-viscosity and difficult-to-defoam systems, featuring rapid foam breaking rate and strong microbubble elimination ability;

Low temperature sensitivity;

Exhibits superior defoaming effect, requires grinding or high-speed dispersion after addition;

Strong defoaming effect, but slightly poor compatibility.

Application Systems:

Suitable for various water-based industrial paints, water-based wood coatings, water-based inks, etc. Particularly effective for high-viscosity and difficult-to-defoam systems, especially suitable for water-based epoxy systems, such as emulsified epoxy and self-emulsifying epoxy systems.

Recommended Dosage:

Generally, it is 0.1% to 1% of the total mass, and it is recommended to add it during the grinding stage or the paint mixing stage under high shear force.

Packaging and Storage:

25kg/drum or 200kg/drum.

The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place. Unopened, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
