Product Overview:

QM-9318 is a high-content dibutyltin dilaurate drier that promotes the curing and crosslinking reaction of polyurethane. It is highly efficient and suitable for polyurethane coatings, adhesives, and sealants. This product can be applied to various types of polyurethane coatings.

It can promote the reaction between hydroxyl resins and isocyanates, shortening the curing time:

Compared with other organotin compounds, QM-9318 has a longer activation period under the same curing speed conditions and can be applied to elastic feel paints.

Application Systems:

It is suitable for two-component polyurethane, moisture-curing polyurethane, elastic feel paint, etc. Its catalytic promoting effect is related to the reactivity of the resin, the type of isocyanate and the temperature. Please conduct detailed tests and comparisons in advance.

Recommended Dosage: 

The resin solids content is 0.005~1%.

Packaging and Storage:

25kg/drum.

The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place. Unopened, the shelf life is 24 months from the production date.
