QM-T9769A Water-based polyamide wax anti-settling agent

Product Overview:

QM-T9769A is a water-based polyamide wax dispersion that can be used in water-based coatings and water-soluble coating systems. It offers excellent thickening effects, providing superior anti-settling and anti-sagging properties, while also improving the orientation of effect pigments such as aluminum powder and pearlescent pigments. This product is easy to disperse, has minimal impact on gloss and fullness, and exhibits excellent overall performance.

Product Characteristics:

Application Systems:

Suitable for water-based and water-soluble resin systems, such as water-based automotive paints, water-based 3C plastic paints, water-based metal coatings, and water-based coil coatings. It has good compatibility with commonly used coating resins and excellent versatility in water-based coating systems.

Recommended Dosage: 

Generally, the addition amount is 0.5-2% of the total mass, and the optimal amount is selected according to different needs. After adding, it should be dispersed by high-speed stirring until the fineness and cleanliness meet the requirements. Note that prolonged high-speed dispersion may damage the network structure and reduce thixotropy. The operating temperature should not exceed 60°C.

Packaging and Storage:

25kg/drum or 200kg/drum.

The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place. Unopened, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
