Product Usage:
In latex paints, It is a very effective co-dispersant for pigments. It also contributes to pH stability, low odor, and corrosion resistance; it also promotes colorant compatibility.
Highly effective emulsifier for polyethylene and waxes using standard emulsification techniques or pressure.
Is a very effective amine for the carboxylic acid portion of acid-functional resins, making them suitable for use in waterborne coatings and other waterborne applications. Coating formulations containing AMP 95 exhibit higher gloss and better water resistance than those using other neutralizing amines.
Can scavenge small amounts of formaldehyde from aqueous solutions that might otherwise be released into the air.

Handling and Storage:
1. Corrodes plated copper, brass, and aluminum. Avoid contact with these metals. Ordinary iron and steel are generally unaffected by the product and are recommended for construction.
2. It is a flammable liquid with a relatively high flash point and low vapor pressure at normal temperatures. These properties do not present any problems with handling and storage. Avoid storage near high temperatures or flames.
3. Do not expose to air. Due to its amine functionality, it absorbs moisture and carbon dioxide. Exposure to air will result in an increase in weight and a decrease in basic equivalent weight. Dissolving in ethanol will produce turbidity.
