Product Overview:
QM-1851 is a new generation block copolymer dispersant developed based on polymer technology. It contains multiple anchoring groups and exhibits strong adsorption capabilities for various organic pigments, carbon black, and matting agents. It can significantly reduce the viscosity of grinding systems, increase pigment loading, and possesses excellent anti-flocculation and anti-reagglomeration properties, greatly improving the storage stability of pigment pastes.
Physicochemical Parameters:
Composition: High molecular weight polyester polymer containing pigment-affinity groups
Appearance: Yellow to brown viscous liquid
Active component: 100%
Solvent: None
Product Characteristics:
Suitable for medium to high polarity systems, it exhibits good compatibility with commonly used coating resins and has excellent versatility in coating systems;
It significantly improves the wetting and dispersion ability of the base material to pigments, reduces system viscosity, enhances fluidity, and shortens grinding and dispersion time;
As a polymeric super-dispersant, it possesses excellent anti-reagglomeration capabilities. Compared to small-molecule wetting and dispersing agents, it can significantly extend the storage stability of ground pigment pastes;
It provides excellent transparency enhancement for matting agents and excellent dispersion and stabilization effects for carbon black.
Application Systems:
Suitable for medium to high polarity systems, but not suitable for anaerobic resin systems. This product is compatible with both water-based and oil-based systems.
Recommended Dosage:
Titanium dioxide: 1.5~2.5%
Matting agent: 5~10%
