QM-8050 Anti-whitening and brightening agent
It prevents low-temperature whitening and cracking of paint films, improves the transparency of filler-containing systems (has an anti-reflective effect), and is an environmentally friendly plasticizer that does not contain prohibited products.
Product Overview:
This product is a specially modified low-molecular-weight polyester that effectively prevents paint film from whitening at low temperatures, while also providing enhancement and plasticizing effects. This product is environmentally friendly.

Product Characteristics:
This product remains flowable at -22°C and does not become cloudy after rapid cooling to -50°C. Through special modification, it prevents whitening of coatings during low-temperature application and improves the transparency of filler-containing coatings.
It contains groups with good wetting properties for pigments and has a plasticizing effect, thereby improving the resin stress generated in the paint film after a period of time, especially after exposure to low temperatures, thus resisting whitening.
It improves the wetting properties and optical properties of pigments and fillers, enhancing the transparency of paints containing pigments and fillers, and exhibiting a brightening effect on primers.
Application Systems:
Suitable for solvent-based polyurethane, alkyd, nitro, and other application systems.
Recommended Dosage:
To achieve optimal performance, this product should be added during the resin addition stage of the paint manufacturing process. For systems containing pigments and fillers, it can be treated as a wetting and dispersing agent and is best mixed with the solvent and stirred thoroughly before adding the appropriate pigments and fillers for pre-dispersion. Then, the resin should be added to obtain the best effect. The recommended normal addition range is 1.0 to 3.0% of the total mass of the system.

The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place. Unopened, the shelf life is 24 months from the date of production.
