Triglycidyl Isocyanurate (TGIC) is a white, crystalline, heterocyclic polyepoxide compound. As a high-performance curing agent for thermosetting resins, it is primarily utilized in the curing of carboxyl-containing polyester or acrylic powder coatings, imparting excellent weather resistance, heat resistance, light resistance, and mechanical properties to the resulting coatings. Furthermore, high-purity TGIC is also employed in the manufacture of electrical insulation materials, adhesives, and plastic stabilizers.
