Product Overview:

QM-1009 is a specialized dispersant for matting agents, glass powder, and transparent fillers. It offers excellent viscosity reduction, improves the arrangement of matting agents, increases matting efficiency, and enhances the appearance of the paint film.

Crystallization may occur at low temperatures, but it disappears upon heating and does not affect the quality or use of the product.

Application Systems:

QM-1009 is recommended for matte UV coatings, matte wood coatings, matte leather coatings, etc., and is also ideal for the production of high-concentration matte pastes.

Recommended Dosage: 

Generally, the added amount is 5-20% of the amount of matting agent purchased, 10-20% of the amount of glass powder, and 2-5% of the amount of other fillers.

The product should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place. The shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture, provided the packaging remains unopened.
