QM-5055 is a non-silicone defoamer with excellent compatibility, specifically designed for UV-curing, epoxy, and saturated polyester systems. It offers superior defoaming and air release capabilities.

Product Characteristics:
QM-5055 has excellent defoaming capabilities, effectively solving difficult defoaming problems in various systems and inhibiting air entrainment during mixing. It also helps release tiny bubbles from the coating.
QM-5055 balances defoaming performance and compatibility, and does not affect transparency when used in UV coatings.
Application Systems:
It is especially recommended for use in UV-curing systems and highly polar systems such as polyesters and epoxies.
Recommended Dosage:
Typically, the dosage is 0.1% to 1.0% of the total formulation amount; please test to determine the optimal dosage. For best performance, the defoamer should be added to the grinding material before grinding. If added at a later stage, sufficiently high shear force is required to ensure good dispersion of the defoamer and prevent cratering.
Packaging and Storage:
25 kg/drum.
The product should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place. When unopened, the shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
