Product Overview:

QM-5090 is a general-purpose, non-silicone defoamer with excellent defoaming performance, especially suitable for PE wood coatings, used to eliminate reaction bubbles after the addition of blue and white pigments. It is also suitable for various solvent-based coatings, such as heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings, coil coatings, epoxy, PU, ​​and NC coatings. This product does not affect the leveling properties of the paint film.

Product Characteristics:

Especially suitable for PE wood coatings, used to eliminate reaction bubbles after adding blue and white pigments, and defoaming after adding zinc stearate;

Suitable for various solvent-based resin systems, such as heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings, coil coatings, epoxy, PU, ​​NC, etc.;

Does not affect the leveling of the paint film, and even helps with leveling;

Possesses excellent high-temperature resistance, and does not affect recoating in coil coatings and baking paints.

Recommended Dosage: 

Generally, it is added at a concentration of 0.1-1% of the total amount, and can be added at any stage of the production process.

The product should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place. When unopened, the shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
